If the product is defective, please contact us with a photo attachment to e-mail (email@example.com) within 3 days of arrival.
We will not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's reasons.
In cases other than initial defects, such as damage after use, the product is not eligible for return or exchange and will be repaired or replaced for a fee.
We use test batteries for our watches.
Returns or exchanges due to dead batteries are not eligible. Please understand this in advance.
Please return the defective product and we will exchange it for a new one.
If we do not have the same product in stock, please wait until it is back in stock or we will issue a refund.
We will pay for the return shipping costs.
Please return the defective item(s) and we will refund the money .
The refund will be made by bank transfer to your bank account.

Repair or replacement for a fee
